Bug fixes

* Fixed Issue #2346: httpd(8) no longer crashes on upload of calendar
  entries that are missing the UID property.

* Fixed Issue #2350: imapd(8) no longer gets stuck in an infinite loop
  when client connections drop out during APPEND.

* Fixed Issue #2348: XSNIPPETS now properly supports the cyruslibs
  fork of Xapian.
